About the Role

Lead AI/ML strategy and development of reinforcement learning agents and autonomous systems for financial services. Build real-time systems that review 100% of customer interactions to flag compliance risks and fraud. Architect autonomous workflows with compliance safeguards and deploy production-ready AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of reinforcement learning (RL) agents and autonomous agents for financial services
• Build systems that automatically review 100% of customer interactions across voice, chat, email, and AI agents
• Flag compliance risks, fraud attempts, and operational gaps in real time
• Architect autonomous workflows with built-in compliance requirements
• Develop safe-guarded AI decisioning with auditable, explainable, and regulator-ready systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Deep expertise in ML and AI, especially NLP, anomaly detection and representation learning for unstructured text and audio
• Strong coding background in Ruby or Python
• Experience with data pipelines, AWS or GCP infrastructure, and orchestration frameworks
• Experience deploying production-ready AI agents or automation systems

Nice to Have:

• Background in financial services or compliance-sensitive systems
• Curiosity and rigor in approach
• Clear thinker and fast builder excited to work at edge of autonomous agents, compliance, and execution
