About the Role

This role is an AI/ML Team Manager position focusing on managing a Data Services team that supports Alexa AI development. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, performance metrics, hiring, training, and process improvements. The role requires proficiency in German and English and involves working with speech and language technology data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job assignment and monitor performance metrics
• Support hiring and training of new Associates
• Develop work schedules and balance workflows
• Track quality and utilization metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor Degree or advanced college education or leadership experience
• Proficient verbal and written communication in German and English (C1+)
• Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing KPIs

Nice to Have:

• Experience with process improvement/quality control tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead talent and work cross-functionally
• Experience with aspects of speech and language technology
• Fluent in Dutch, French or Italian
