About the Role

This is a customer-facing Cloud Solution Architect role focused on enabling customers to deploy, adopt, and optimize M365 Copilot and related generative AI technologies. The architect works with customers to design and build AI Agents, drive adoption, and act as a liaison between the field and engineering to ensure feedback is heard and business value is realized.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging AI fundamentals and M365 Copilot expertise
• Work alongside customers to identify, design, and build AI Agents in M365 Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• Provide feedback and insights from customers/partners back to Microsoft teams for continuous improvement
• Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of M365 Copilot
• Lead architecture design sessions on M365 Copilot, address customer questions, and provide best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
• 3+ years experience working on technical projects
• Experience in M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate and M365 Copilot Studio

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience in relevant fields
• 4+ years experience in customer-facing roles
• 4+ years experience on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)
• Ability to speak French or Spanish
