About the Role

Assent is seeking a mid-career Analytics Engineer to join their Revenue Analytics team. The role involves designing scalable data infrastructure, building data models, and incorporating GenAI/ML workflows to drive revenue strategy. This position requires strong technical skills in modern data stack tools and experience with generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating data from across the business
• Architect clean, reliable data models for dashboards, analytics, and machine-learning applications
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and revenue leaders to deliver insights that drive decisions
• Apply rigorous data validation and error-handling practices to ensure data quality
• Help incorporate GenAI tools and ML workflows to enhance forecasting and operational insight

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years experience in data science, advanced analytics, or full-stack analytics roles
• Advanced expertise in SQL, DBT, and modern data warehousing (Snowflake preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Python for analysis, modeling, and GenAI applications
• Solid understanding of data infrastructure and pipeline orchestration including CI/CD, Git, and Python scripting

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS environment
• Exposure to tools like AWS, Kubernetes, or orchestration frameworks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related discipline
