About the Role

The Analytics Engineer will build and evolve the analytics layer to power AI-driven insights and advanced decision making across business segments. They will design and maintain scalable data models that enable trusted, reusable data assets for automation and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high quality data models using SQL, python, dbt, BigQuery and Prefect
• Work with Insights Partners to translate business needs into scalable 'product marts'
• Implement data quality checks, documentation and version control
• Write performant SQL queries for business dashboards and reporting
• Investigate and resolve data issues by debugging pipelines and validating outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Advanced SQL skills with experience in modern data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift
• Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation tools
• Strong data modelling principles including star schema and OBT
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools like Prefect or Airflow

Nice to Have:

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
• Good understanding of Python in data applications
• Comfort working in Agile environments with iterative development
