About the Role

The Analytics Program Manager leads complex cross-functional analytics programs, champions scalable data frameworks, and translates data insights into strategic recommendations. This role drives data-driven initiatives to accelerate company priorities and enhance analytics maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead and optimize complex cross-functional analytics programs from inception to delivery
  • Champion scalable data frameworks and ensure consistent data utilization and governance
  • Build partnerships with cross-functional leaders to align on shared analytics goals
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership
  • Drive end-to-end execution of multiple high-impact analytics programs with meticulous planning and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • B.A or B.S. degree with quantitative focus in Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics or similar
  • 7+ years industry experience in consumer-oriented product environment, consulting, analytics, operations or project management
  • Functional use of SQL to analyze complex data sets and generate reports
  • Experience with Excel including pivot tables, forecasting and formulas
  • Experience working in time sensitive and cross-functional environments

Nice to Have:

  • Master's degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience developing comprehensive strategies to advance analytics maturity and drive data-driven decision making
  • Experience advocating for scalable data frameworks across teams and programs
  • Experience building partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to establish shared goals
  • Certification in program management such as Project Management Professional or Agile/Scrum
