About the Role

The Applied Scientist will design and deploy scalable GenAI, NLP, and Computer Vision solutions to enhance customer experience and solve key issues. They will develop novel LLM, deep learning, and statistical techniques for task automation, text/image processing, and anomaly detection. The role involves research, experimentation, and partnering with business and engineering teams to address complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable GenAI, NLP, and Computer Vision solutions impacting customer content
• Develop novel LLM, deep learning, and statistical techniques for task automation and processing
• Define research and experiments strategy to iteratively improve AI/ML models
• Partner with business and engineering teams to solve large, complex problems
• File patents and publish research work where opportunities arise

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master's degree
• Experience with video/image processing, computer vision, and/or machine learning
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl
• 2+ years of relevant applied science research experience with a Master's degree in a related field
