About the Role
This role involves reinventing Amazon's hiring process using advanced AI and machine learning to deliver scale, sophistication, and fairness in talent acquisition. You will work on state-of-the-art research, software tools, and algorithms to solve complex hiring problems.Key Responsibilities

- Deliver unprecedented scale, sophistication, and accuracy in hiring operations
- Work on state-of-the-art research and advanced software tools

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- 3+ years of building models for business application experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing
Nice to Have:
- Experience using Unix/Linux
- Experience in professional software development
