About the Role

The Area Manager ICQA leads inventory control and quality assurance operations at an Amazon fulfillment center. They supervise a team, ensure compliance with policies, and drive process improvements to maintain inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of hourly Associates in inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving operations
  • Support safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment
  • Coordinate inventory control and quality assurance operations in line with network strategies and SOX compliance
  • Conduct shift planning, forecasting, and oversee projects to streamline processes and optimize productivity
  • Review KPIs daily, weekly, or monthly and perform quality analysis on behaviors impacting inventory integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • A degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis and understanding data sets and tools
  • Proficient in the local language and English, both spoken and written
  • Advanced MS Office suite user, especially Excel
  • Previous experience leading teams
