About the Role

This role is for an ASIC Senior Test Engineer at Annapurna Labs, focusing on semiconductor testing for machine learning accelerator servers. The engineer will develop hardware and software for probe, final test, and system-level test, while incorporating mission profile testing and working with server management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware development for probe, final test, and system-level test
• Software development for each test insert
• General tool development support
• Design and code solutions to drive efficiencies in software architecture
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 7+ years of ASIC implementation, synthesis, STA and physical design in deep sub-micron nodes (16nm or smaller)
• 7+ years of digital design in communication systems
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of UVM and Matlab

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in RTL coding and debug, as well as performance, power, area analysis
• Experience with modern ASIC/FPGA design and verification tools
• Experience with SOC bring-up and post-silicon validation
