About the Role

The Associate, Quality Services role involves manual testing support for Alexa AI and Kindle products. Responsibilities include executing test cases, reporting bugs, performing regression testing, and adhering to defined processes to ensure software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases for Kindle platform and software products
• Report bugs accurately during test execution
• Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises
• Use software tools for daily data capture
• Communicate and escalate failures while providing status reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
• Graduate degree, preferably in quantitative field
• 0-1 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity using computer and software
• Good communication skills and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow defined processes and adhere to policies

Nice to Have:

• Understanding about software testing
• Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and promptly
