About the Role
The ICQA Area Manager leads inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving operations in an Amazon fulfillment center. They supervise a team, ensure compliance with safety and SOX policies, and drive process improvements to maintain inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. This role involves shift planning, data analysis, and collaboration with various operations teams.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of hourly Associates in inventory control, quality assurance, and problem solve operations
- Support safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
- Coordinate inventory control, quality assurance, and problem solve operations in accordance with network strategies and SOX compliance
- Conduct shift planning and forecasting, assign work, and oversee projects to streamline processes and optimize productivity
- Review KPIs daily, weekly, or monthly and perform quality analysis on behaviors/processes impacting inventory integrity
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- A degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management
- Relevant experience in performing data analysis and understanding data sets and tools
- Proficient in the local language and English, both spoken and written
- Advanced MS Office suite user, especially Excel
