About the Role

The Business Applications Developer role involves designing and deploying low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include developing automated workflows, integrating AI agents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position requires onsite work in Redmond, WA, and focuses on enhancing business applications with AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio's low-code/no-code tools
• Leverage Dataverse for data modeling, storage, and integration
• Utilize Azure Foundry for advanced automation, AI, or workflow integration
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical specifications
• Lead design and code reviews and support development of technical best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 2+ year(s) of experience managing and configuring artificial intelligence solutions (e.g., chatbots)
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
• Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
