The Capacity Planning Analyst role at Amazon involves managing long-term forecasts and budgets for the Transportation Associate Program across Europe. Responsibilities include data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and optimizing capacity planning to improve performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 1 month to 3 year forward-looking forecasts for capacity and cost
• Oversee budget for 500+ drivers and 200+ vehicles across 30+ sites in EU
• Turn volume forecast inputs into executable plans by working with cross-functional teams
• Address daily capacity challenges and serve as primary contact for planning with operations
• Own end-to-end long-term improvement initiatives focusing on KPIs like driver utilization

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English (speak, write, read)

Nice to Have:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links
