About the Role

The Chief of Staff role at Replo is a high-ownership, high-pace operator position working directly with the CEO on cross-functional initiatives across recruiting, GTM, operations, and product. You will automate processes, run recruiting efforts, build financial models, and tackle ambiguous problems to help scale the company. This role offers real responsibility, feedback, and the opportunity to learn how a startup operates from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate processes using tools like n8n, virtual assistants, and GPT
  • Run recruiting efforts including sourcing and working with recruiters
  • Build and manage lightweight financial models for budgeting
  • Partner with leadership on cross-functional projects to completion
  • Take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear plans and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 1+ years of career experience, likely from another startup
  • Comfortable with light Python/scripting work to get stuff done
  • Comfortable building and working in spreadsheets and financial models
  • Fast learner who thrives on feedback and moving quickly
  • Strong communicator across Slack, async docs, and live conversations
  • Organized and able to prioritize competing projects
  • Resourceful and able to figure things out independently
  • Technically fluent and able to communicate cross-functionally
  • Excited about coming into the SF office 5 days/week

Nice to Have:

  • Have a technical or quantitative background (STEM, economics, etc)
  • Have helped cross-functionally support or run operations in a fast-moving company
  • Experienced in conducting candidate interviews
