About the Role

Cloud & AI Solution Engineer role focused on designing secure, scalable Azure architectures for modernization and AI workloads. You will guide customers through migration and optimization, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes. This technical sales position involves driving adoption via demos, workshops, and building trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales using demos, proofs of concept, and architecture accelerators
• Lead architecture sessions and technical workshops to accelerate Azure adoption
• Build trusted relationships with platform leads to co-design secure, scalable solutions
• Resolve technical blockers by collaborating with engineering and sharing customer insights
• Maintain expertise in cloud migration, resiliency, security, and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Proven technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, including migration of workloads like Windows, SQL, Linux, PostgreSQL
• Experience designing or selling solutions involving hybrid networking, secure connectivity, or network optimization
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Platform, and containerization
• Strong understanding of Azure services, including security, compliance, and hybrid cloud scenarios

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and ISVs like NetApp, VMware, RedHat
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, and Public Sector compliance
• Professional English proficiency and fluency in Polish, Czech, Flemish, or French
