About the Role

The Cloud Solution Architect - AI Biz Solutions role at Microsoft focuses on delivering proactive and reactive support for enterprise customers, with an emphasis on security and identity solutions. Responsibilities include planning and delivering support, managing customer relationships, and driving improvements in security and identity management. The role requires extensive experience with Microsoft's Modern Work and Security stacks, along with cloud/infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering proactive and reactive support including onsite presence as needed
• Work within a larger virtual account team to strengthen customer relationships and work on mobile-first, cloud-first strategies
• Identify and manage goals and opportunities across security, Identity, and access management to improve/implement universal platform
• Drive and participate in proactive delivery management, spot performance issues, analyze problems, and provide solutions
• Contribute to on-call rotations to ensure a high quality of service for critical incidents

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years of technical skills for Modern Work (MW) Stack (Exchange/SharePoint/Team) with extensive knowledge of Security products (Entra/Purview/Defender)

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud for Modern Work/Security Stack
• Certification in Microsoft Cloud Technologies or Security
• Experience of modern/hybrid identity solutions such as (Entra ID/PIM/FIM)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security services (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Identity, Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security, Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics, Azure Security Center, Azure Log Analytics)
