About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect roles specializing in Data and AI, driving customer transformation on Microsoft Azure. These customer-facing positions own technical relationships, design AI solutions, and lead architectural engagements. The role is flexible with remote work options across multiple US locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Data & Analytics solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction
• Ensure solutions exhibit high performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Apply technical knowledge to architect solutions, create AI roadmaps, and drive Proof of Concepts
• Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and drive product improvements
• Maintain technical skills and educate customers on Azure platform

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies
• 1+ years of experience with AI/ML and/or Generative AI technology
• 2+ years of customer facing experience collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives
• 2+ years of enterprise experience in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Cosmos DB

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience
• 1+ year of experience working with Language Learning Models (OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere, etc.)
• 4+ years working on technology implementation projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google, security)
• 4+ years of enterprise experience in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Cosmos DB
