About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Azure Data, Analytics & AI, responsible for customer-facing technical architecture and cloud adoption. Helps customers architect and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions, leveraging Azure technologies and frameworks like Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework. This role involves driving AI innovation and transformation for public sector and commercial companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Operates with operational excellence across sales stages and tools
• Guides customers towards secure, resilient, AI-enabled, cost-optimized solutions
• Acts as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback with internal teams
• Uses market insights to guide leadership on upskilling and accreditations
• Provides thought leadership and innovation to customers and internal communities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (internal or external)
• 4+ years of experience working on technical projects

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field AND 8+ years of experience
• Master’s degree in a relevant field AND 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• Technical certification in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) or security
