About the Role

The Cloud Solution Architect – Clinical Enablement & Training role focuses on empowering clinicians through training and adoption of healthcare-oriented copilots and clinical software applications. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, supporting workflow integration, and evaluating training outcomes to improve patient care and streamline clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual instructor-led courses on clinical software applications
• Develop and revise curriculum materials, user manuals, and reference guides
• Support adoption and workflow integration for clinicians
• Evaluate training outcomes by monitoring utilization and adoption rates
• Work with project teams to align training with organizational objectives and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2+ years experience in IT training/consulting/support, technology solutions, or consulting
• English Language Proficiency
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years

Nice to Have:

• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and EHR systems
• Adult learning principles and instructional design
• Technical proficiency with healthcare applications
• Communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
