Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in customer-facing role
• 2+ years experience working on technical projects
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance and ability to meet security screening requirements

Nice to Have:

• 4+ years experience in customer-facing role
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects
• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years experience or Master's Degree with 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)
• Experience in enterprise customer segment and strategic customer relationship development
