About the Role

The Cloud Solution Architect role focuses on designing and implementing Microsoft Cloud solutions to accelerate customer AI transformation. Responsibilities include delivering technical solutions, managing business risks, and driving consumption growth. This customer-facing position requires cloud architecture expertise and experience with enterprise IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain MECM/SCCM and Intune infrastructure for customers
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance of cloud solutions
• Identify and escalate blockers to accelerate solution deployment and value realization
• Guide customers towards well-architected, secure, and cost-optimized solutions
• Act as voice of customer by sharing feedback with engineering and product teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies
• Advanced English level
• Demonstrated experience working as an architect in a cloud environment
• Experience in Enterprise IT Service Delivery

Nice to Have:

• 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or Master's Degree with 3+ years experience
• 2+ years experience working in customer-facing role
• Technical Certification in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google)
• 3 years working as depth expert for SCCM
• Broad knowledge across Windows Desktop/Server Management, SQL Server, Active Directory, Intune
