The Cloud Solution Architect – Healthcare Engagement role at Microsoft involves leading technology decisions and coordinating planning efforts to drive consumption of Microsoft products in healthcare. The ideal candidate will apply skills in change management, project management, and consulting to implement new technologies focused on positive healthcare outcomes. This position requires technical pre-sales or consulting experience with cloud and Microsoft platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading technology decisions as a trusted advisor to align requirements with business vision
• Coordinating planning efforts to meet customer needs and drive consumption of Microsoft products
• Reviewing customer feedback to improve satisfaction and engagement with stakeholders
• Identifying customer needs and recommending technical solutions, serving as an escalation resource
• Advocating for labor standards and documenting labor activities for operational excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience
• 2+ years of experience with relevant technologies such as cloud, infrastructure, and Microsoft platform
• English Language Proficiency

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree OR Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience OR 8+ years of technical pre-sales/support/consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience with relevant technologies
• Knowledge of the Healthcare industry
