About the Role

The Cloud Solution Architect - Infra role at Microsoft focuses on enabling customers to achieve business outcomes through Azure cloud infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include driving cloud adoption, leading architectural design sessions, and ensuring customers leverage Microsoft technology effectively. The role requires technical expertise in Azure infrastructure and strong customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption
• Provide feedback from customers/partners back to Microsoft teams for continuous improvement
• Deliver excellence by owning committed pipeline and ensuring alignment with customer expectations
• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans using CAF Landing Zones
• Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Business Level of Japanese skill

Nice to Have:

• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
• Business level of English skill
