About the Role

The Cloud Solution Architect drives customer AI and infrastructure transformation on Microsoft Cloud. This customer-facing role involves technical solutioning, architecture design, and supporting adoption lifecycle. It requires expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and AI-ready infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and act as trusted advisor, providing feedback and insights as Voice of Customer
• Land end-to-end value proposition for Infrastructure, focusing on Networking and AI Ready Infrastructure design
• Support customers through adoption lifecycle from planning to optimization, driving Microsoft Infrastructure product utilization
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and propose high-level solutions, identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities
• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans aligned with customer business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5-7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related areas
• Fluency in English and B2 level in German
• Technical experience in Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework (WAF/CAF), enterprise-scale cloud/hybrid infrastructures
