About the Role

The Cloud Solution Architect role involves advising customers on Azure solutions, implementing architectural updates, and serving as the primary technical contact during critical incidents. Responsibilities include delivering proactive services to ensure solution reliability and providing deep technical expertise on Azure infrastructure. The role requires expertise in Azure administration, the Azure Well-Architected Framework, and experience with mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders and translate business requirements into Azure solution designs
• Create and update deep technical documentation of customer solutions
• Deliver onboarding assessments and define delivery plans
• Function as a trusted advisor and provide advisory support with technical analysis
• Provide root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive remediation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Work experience in Azure administration (Compute, Network, Storage, Security, Data)
• Expertise with Azure Well-Architected Framework
• Experience in development on Azure and DevOps processes

Nice to Have:

• Experience with identity, governance, and monitoring solutions
• Experience with business continuity solutions
• Experience working on Business/Mission Critical applications running on Azure
