Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field
• 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or related IT fields
• Strong background in cloud technologies with focus on Microsoft 365
• Solid experience in technology IP solutions or services development
• Solid experience in customer-facing roles

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field
• Experience with agentic AI technologies (Copilot, Copilot Studio, M365 Agent Toolkit)
