About the Role

The Cloud Solution Architect acts as the voice of the customer, translating business problems into industry solutions and ensuring seamless customer experiences. They deliver solutions aligned with company methodologies, identify expansion opportunities, and lead technical teams. The role requires deep cloud expertise and customer-facing experience to drive consumption and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively acts as the voice of the customer/partner and internal communities
• Delivers solutions in line with company methodologies ensuring proven practices are followed
• Proactively identifies new opportunities for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion at scale
• Proactively identifies, escalates, and mitigates blockers using appropriate tools
• Contributes to leading virtual teams using knowledge of Microsoft architectures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects

Nice to Have:

• 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
