About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Security & AI, driving customer security transformation on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. This customer-facing role involves technical architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements to help customers leverage Microsoft investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor, sharing insights and best practices
• Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security (e.g., Zero Trust) across Microsoft Security offerings
• Position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage and develop opportunities for Customer Success
• Identify resolutions to Customer blockers using subject matter expertise and Microsoft best practices
• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans and govern design alignment with customer goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience in relevant fields OR equivalent experience
• Italian fluency or proficiency in another widely spoken language
• Experience with Azure and Cloud Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Databases, Networking, Virtual Machines Security
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security offerings (e.g., Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Purview)
