Lead a team of cloud solution architects to accelerate AI transformation for enterprise customers. Drive adoption of Microsoft AI solutions through hands-on customer engagement and strategic leadership.

• Business Acceleration: Align Microsoft services with customer needs and drive growth
• People Management: Lead a skilled team to meet customer and business targets
• Customer Centricity: Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor
• Technical Leadership: Maintain hands-on expertise and foster continuous learning
• Accelerate Resolution of Customer Blockers: Coach team and directly support complex scenarios

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, or architecture
• People management experience, including managing technical or consultant managers
• Finnish speaker

• Microsoft certifications in Modern Work and Business Applications
