About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect role focused on Azure Data and AI technologies, providing proactive and reactive support to enterprise customers. Responsibilities include delivering workshops, assessments, and tailored guidance, while troubleshooting and collaborating with support teams. The role involves technical leadership, customer relationship management, and driving project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver proactive and reactive support, including onsite presence as needed
• Identify and manage customer goals and opportunities to improve solution quality and health
• Drive proactive delivery management to stabilize and optimize customer solutions
• Work with internal Microsoft teams to ensure streamlined customer support experience
• Act as CSA Pod Lead, managing customer relationships and team capacity planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent
• 10+ years of Data & AI related experience with at least three specified SQL/Azure technologies
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server Internals
• Practical experience designing/building large OLTP DB systems

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of other SQL technologies on Azure (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB)
• Data & AI Certifications in Microsoft and competing Cloud Technologies
• Experience leading and driving projects as well as motivating others
