About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect guides customers in their Azure and AI transformation journey, helping them achieve business priorities through technical solutions. The role involves driving cloud consumption, managing customer relationships, and accelerating Azure projects to production. It requires technical architecture expertise and fluency in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in defining and realizing digital and business transformational targets
• Accelerate Azure projects to production with architectural design and technical recommendations
• Drive services consumption and up-sell/cross-sell to meet team targets
• Forecast, assess risk, and manage pipeline reviews with senior management
• Drive customer change management and optimization for digital transformation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years experience in technical architect, consulting, design, implementation, or technical sales
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience
• Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 1+ years experience
• Fluent in both English and Spanish

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience
• 4+ years experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations, and management
• Portuguese fluency
