About the Role

Lead technical strategy and execution for AI-driven business transformation using Microsoft AI solutions. Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. Ensure secure, scalable deployments and drive business value realization for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and execution for Copilot, Workforce AI, and CCaaS deployments
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integrated AI services
• Guide customers in realizing ROI from AI investments through business value conversations and usage excellence
• Apply Microsoft's SAFE framework and compliance standards for security and responsible AI
• Enable organizational readiness for AI transformation at scale through change management and user adoption

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Several years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or solution design experience
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and CCaaS
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
• Proven ability to design end-to-end AI-powered solutions across productivity, business apps, and data platforms

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agentic AI concepts and Copilot extensibility for custom scenarios
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and integration patterns
• Experience in business value assessments, adoption planning, and change management for AI-driven transformation
• Knowledge of Microsoft SAFE framework and compliance standards
• Experience implementing responsible AI principles, data privacy, and risk mitigation
