About the Role

Lead Elevate's BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program, manage a team, and ensure regulatory excellence in a fintech serving freelancers in emerging markets. Oversee risk assessments, policies, and collaborate with bank partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and execution of BSA/AML/OFAC Program
• Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals
• Develop and maintain CDD/EDD risk rating and monitoring program
• Collaborate with bank partners on BSA/AML/OFAC matters
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for products and programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years experience in BSA/AML/OFAC governance and policy programs
• Expert understanding of USA PATRIOT Act, Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC requirements
• Proven track record as a team leader
• Knowledge of consumer financial services, preferably fintech

Nice to Have:

• Compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS)
• Knowledge of card fraud and regulations (e.g., RegE)
