About the Role

The Data Engineer role involves building complex data systems and ETL pipelines for Amazon's fulfillment network. You'll work with massive datasets to drive business decisions and migrate to cloud-based data warehouse platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new data engineering patterns leveraging cloud architecture
• Extend or migrate existing data pipelines to new architecture
• Assist with integrating Redshift as primary processing platform
• Design and implement complex ETL pipelines in data warehouse platform
• Build curated data models for enterprise use

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 4+ years of SQL experience
• 3+ years of data engineering experience
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles
• Experience with non-relational databases / data stores
