About the Role

Lead the BI and Data Warehousing strategy for a product vertical at Meta, building and managing a team to deliver data architecture, models, and visualizations. Drive data quality, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to support product launches and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive mission and strategy for BI and Data Warehousing across a product vertical
• Build and lead a high-quality BI and Data Warehousing team
• Develop cross-functional relationships to understand and deliver on data needs
• Manage data warehouse plans, drive data quality, and ensure operational efficiency
• Design, build, and launch new data models and pipelines in production

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Minimum 4 years work experience in applied analytics (2+ years with Ph.D.), including 2+ years managing analytics teams
• 8+ years experience in BI and Data Warehousing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other technical field
• Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and development in an object-oriented language (Python, Java, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Big Data, Hadoop, and Data visualization tools
• Advanced degree (e.g., Master of Science, PhD)
• Experience working with user-facing products
