About the Role

Lead a data engineering team supporting WW FBA's core metrics and reporting. Architect scalable data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and dashboard data models. Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery and team leadership for scalable ETL pipelines and data models
• Collaborate with Program Managers and BI teams to prioritize work aligned with business goals
• Establish best practices for data engineering including code reviews and documentation
• Drive team growth through mentoring, coaching, and career development
• Partner with GenAI platform team on data governance and schema standardization

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of processing data with massively parallel technology (e.g., Redshift, Spark, Hadoop)
• 5+ years of relational database technology experience (e.g., Redshift, Oracle, MySQL)
• 5+ years of developing large-scale data structures for BI analytics using ETL/ELT
• 5+ years of data engineering experience
• Experience managing a data or BI team
• Experience communicating to senior management and customers
• Experience leading data or BI strategy
• Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, EMR
• Experience with AWS Tools and Technologies (Redshift, S3, EC2)
