About the Role

Lead quantitative analyses and develop statistical models to solve complex business challenges in talent acquisition. Work on state-of-the-art research, AI systems, and machine learning algorithms to optimize hiring processes. Deliver data-driven insights and predictive models using Python, R, and other tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quantitative analyses and develop statistical models using Python, R, and other programming languages
• Solve complex business challenges through data-driven insights and identify patterns in large datasets
• Create predictive models to optimize business outcomes and implement statistical methodologies
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation including methodology reports and model specifications
• Validate model performance and provide implementation guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab) experience
• 2+ years of data scientist experience
• 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Python, Perl, or another scripting language
• Experience in a ML or data scientist role with a large technology company
