About the Role

The Developer Transformation Engagement Manager helps software development teams adopt the latest practices and tools, including AI, through customer engagements. They identify opportunities, create compelling value propositions, and deliver strategic innovation outcomes using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify developer transformation opportunities with customers and sales teams
• Create and articulate a compelling vision and value proposition for transforming developer practices
• Support customers in exploring and delivering innovative cloud solutions using Serverless, ML, and AI
• Establish engagement scope and define working arrangements with customer stakeholders
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives and technologists
• Korean language fluency
• Business English skills

Nice to Have:

• PMP or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
• Knowledge of software development/engineering lifecycle
• Experience coordinating between project teams and customers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
