About the Role

Lead regional sales and strategy for AI solutions within Microsoft's SME&C organization. Drive revenue targets, coach sales teams, and align global AI go-to-market initiatives with local execution. Foster partner integration and community leadership to accelerate AI adoption among businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Area Sales Execution: Drive consumption and revenue targets, lead sales innovation, and own regional sales results.
  • Community Leadership & Coaching: Lead regional SSM community, coach first-line managers on sales frameworks, and accelerate top deals.
  • Workload Engagement & Rhythm of Business: Lead Integrated Account Review and Monthly Business Review processes, ensuring operational rigor and field feedback to worldwide teams.
  • Partner Co-Sell Integration: Embed partners into account plans, collaborate with Partner Sales Lead to maximize co-sell opportunities, and provide field insights on competitive blockers.
  • Campaigns & GTM Alignment: Work with regional GTM Lead to land campaigns and sales plays, localize global strategies, and bridge worldwide strategy with local execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Experience in solution area sales execution and revenue target ownership.
  • Proven leadership in coaching sales managers and driving sales community best practices.
  • Ability to lead business review processes and operational rhythms with timely insight delivery.
  • Experience in partner co-sell integration and maximizing partner attachment to deals.
