About the Role

This role is a Cloud & AI Digital Solution Area Specialist focused on driving AI transformation and cloud modernization for customers. The specialist leads solution sales, guides customers through their AI journey, and collaborates with technical and partner teams to exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Engagements: Act as the Cloud & AI sales lead, guiding customers through cloud transformation across infrastructure, data, and AI platforms.
• Own and Convert Pipeline: Manage forecast and pipeline from early-stage to close using tools like Industry Account Plans and Landing Experience Plans.
• Orchestrate Across Teams: Partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Cloud Solution Architects, and partners to co-sell and ensure successful deployment.
• Accelerate Decisions: Engage decision-makers with business cases using Cloud & AI Pricing Calculator, ROI, and TCO tools, and scope proofs of concept.
• Inspire and Influence: Bring technical fluency and inclusive leadership to virtual teams, solving challenges with expertise in virtualization, cloud-native tech, data modernization, and AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
• 2+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
