About the Role

Lead technical engagements to drive AI transformation for customers by delivering demos and envisioning sessions for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to guide secure, compliant implementations and collaborate with sales and partners to accelerate adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions for Copilot and AI Agents
• Own technical win strategy and document close/consumption plans
• Collaborate with partners and Customer Success for smooth handoffs and adoption
• Remove technical blockers and support competitive deals
• Maintain deal hygiene and partner attach for qualified opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2–4 years in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting
• Proficiency in delivering demos and technical presentations for Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Ability to independently manage technical aspects of customer engagements
• L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

• 6+ years technical pre-sales, consulting, or technology delivery
• 4+ years with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures and architecture
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Office 365, Azure, Information Security)
