About the Role

This is a senior AI Business Process Finance & Supply Chain Solution Engineer role focused on leading AI transformation engagements with ERP expertise. The engineer owns technical win strategy, conducts demonstrations and POCs for D365 F&SC and AI offerings, and collaborates with partners to drive enterprise adoption and competitive wins.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical win strategy and engage with business and technical decision makers
• Orchestrate envisioning workshops, whiteboard sessions, and technical demos
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements and document technical plans
• Showcase Microsoft's AI value proposition against competitors
• Leverage Microsoft partner ecosystem to scale solution delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience (or equivalent education/experience)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (with reduced experience requirement)
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and AI Agents offerings
• Experience with cloud/hybrid/on-premises infrastructures and architecture designs

Nice to Have:

• 6+ years technical pre-sales, consulting, or technology delivery experience
• Solution pre-sales for business applications/SaaS-based companies
• Experience orchestrating complex business application deals
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., D365, Power Platform)
