About the Role

Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to provide supply chain insights and analytics solutions. Drive data strategy, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration to support operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and evolve data and analytics strategy for Supply Chain Operations
• Own KPI roadmap including definitions, performance drivers, and root cause analysis
• Grow and nurture a team of analytics professionals through development and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize data and analytics use cases
• Influence data architecture, governance, and security decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 10+ years as a People Manager leading data and analytics teams
• Experienced Supply Chain professional familiar with metrics and performance causes
• Adept at Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) for business solutions
• Strong understanding of statistics, forecasting, and machine learning

Nice to Have:

• Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering)
• Hands-on technical experience as Data Modeler, Architect, Engineer, or Scientist
