About the Role

Entrepreneur in Residence role at KASO to build and scale new AI systems for suppliers and restaurants in MENA. The candidate will design, prototype, and scale AI-powered commercial workflows that outperform human benchmarks, with the first project focusing on AI-driven communication and automation tools. This is a high-ownership position requiring 2-5 years of experience in startup or consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and ship MVPs for AI-driven communication and automation tools across multiple channels
• Design flows, scripts, and analytics instrumentation to measure performance, latency, and ROI
• Use modern low-code/no-code and AI toolchains (e.g., Replit, Retell, Make/Zapier)
• Run daily experiment loops: analyze failures, deploy fixes, and iterate toward KPIs
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking funnel metrics, quality, and impact

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Builder DNA: ships scrappy v1s in days; extreme ownership; bias to action
• Scientific operator: experiment design, metric discipline, comfort with messy data
• Hands-on technical bar (non-negotiable)
• 2-5 years in high-ownership roles (startup product/ops/growth, venture building)
• Location: Dubai (or willing to relocate)

Nice to Have:

• 1-2 years at Consulting or equivalent high-performance environment
