About the Role

This is a six-month paid internship for Qatari nationals as a Solution Engineer at Microsoft in Doha, starting January 2026. Interns will engage with customers, build product expertise, and contribute to technical wins through presentations and shadowing. The program includes a one-month skilling bootcamp and five months of on-the-job training with mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and shadow stakeholder interactions to build product expertise
• Contribute to technical wins through preparation and delivery of presentations
• Build awareness of product strategy based on customer feedback and compete strategies
• Consume readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and promote team readiness
• Assist in demonstrations of Microsoft products and work with reference architectures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Qatari nationality
• Legally authorized to work in Qatar (citizenship or valid visa/work permit)
• Fluency in English
