About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 F&O, driving customer business transformation on Microsoft's platform. This customer-facing role involves technical strategy, architecture, and operational health to maximize Microsoft investments. Requires fluency in German and English, with deep expertise in F&O and Azure integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather customer insights to map solutions with business outcomes using Microsoft Business Applications expertise
• Develop opportunities to drive consumption growth and resolve customer blockers for go-live
• Identify growth opportunities based on knowledge of customer needs and Microsoft value propositions
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior colleagues, and engage in communities to share expertise
• Develop and expand relationships with customer and partner architects and technical decision makers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Fluency in English and German
• Proven experience in finance and operations (F&O)
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field with extensive IT experience
• Considerable working experience in a customer-facing role and as a lead technical solution architect

Nice to Have:

• Functional or technical certification in one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps (expert level)
• Knowledge of Success by Design methodology or experience as a business value consultant
• Knowledge about integration between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Platform and Finance and Supply Chain Platform
