• Build custom applications and deploy scalable workflows

• Monitor, refine, and drive adoption of deployed solutions
• Share field insights to influence Microsoft AI platform direction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience
• 2+ years experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure-as-code)
• 2+ years experience with system security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• 1+ years experience designing and implementing ML/LLM-based solutions in production

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science AND 3+ years experience OR Bachelor's AND 5+ years experience
• Experience leveraging generative AI technologies for product features
• Capable of optimizing, prompting and finetuning AI-based solutions
• Experience coaching and growing engineers within the team
