Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python) OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience in DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure-as-code)
• 4+ years experience demonstrating system security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• 2+ years experience designing and implementing ML/LLM-based solutions in production

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience
• Experience leveraging generative AI for innovative product features
• Experience optimizing, prompting, and finetuning AI solutions for performance and scalability
• Experience coaching and growing engineers
