About the Role

This is a Founder's Office Intern role at CityFurnish.com, a fast-growing furniture rental brand. The intern will support leadership with strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, and lead design and marketing initiatives in a high-visibility, fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive assistance including meeting management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
  • Strategic support for business initiatives and cross-functional project tracking
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to aid decision-making
  • Lead brand, design, and marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels
  • Oversee social media strategy, email campaigns, and website creatives for brand consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 0–2 years of experience in executive assistance, strategy, operations, or marketing/design roles
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva/Adobe Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented with multitasking abilities and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working with or supporting senior leadership
  • Experience in tools like Clevertap, Google Ads, Meta Ads
